Our Conditions of Sale apply to all online and mail order sales generated from the Under5s website.
INTRODUCTION
Please read these Conditions of Sale before placing your order. Please feel free to print off a copy for future reference. You should read these Conditions of Sale along with our other policies such as our Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions of use of the website.
These Conditions of Sale may be changed from time to time without our giving any notice to you. Change will apply to all orders received subsequent to the change.
We reserve the right to change these Conditions of Sale from time to time. Changes will be posted on the Under5s website.
DELIVERY OF YOUR ORDER
Please note that we only deliver goods to addresses within the United Kingdom.
We aim to despatch all goods within 48 hours of receiving a cleared payment however we cannot guarantee delivery by a particular date.
Although we try to fulfill all orders within 2 working days, please allow up to 28 days for delivery.
Time is not of the essence.
All goods are subject to availability if we cannot supply them we will inform you and you will be given a full refund of what you have been paid. We may offer a substitute product however we will ask you beforehand and you can still opt to have a full refund.
SHIPPING (POSTAGE & PACKING)
Postage and packing is charged at £1.00 per order, regardless of the number of items in the order or FREE for all orders over £30.00
Please note that we only ship to a single delivery address.
HOW DO WE SEND YOUR ORDER ?
All goods are despatched by parcel post using Royal Mail.
We do reserve the right to use any other form of carriage as may be appropriate.

RETURNS POLICY
OUR PROMISE
We want you to be one hundred percent happy with your purchase.
FAULTY GOODS
If you receive faulty goods we will replace them or offer a full refund as long as we are notified within 7 days from the date of delivery that the goods are faulty.
In the event of you returning goods that are faulty we will reimburse all of your postage costs
CHANGE YOUR MIND ?
If you change your mind and decide that you do not want the goods you ordered then you are covered by our Change your Mind guarantee.
You may cancel your order within 14 days of the receipt of your purchases as long as the seal on the goods remains intact i.e. the goods remain unopened and are returned in a saleable condition.
You must however pay the cost of returning the goods and we will not reimburse the original postage cost.
PRICES
We do agree to sell you the goods for the prices stated.
The goods are sold at the price on our website at the date we receive your order.
All prices include VAT at the current rate of 17.5%, where appropriate
If we find a pricing error on our website or product list we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the opportunity of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we cannot contact you we will cancel the order. If you cancel and you have paid for the goods, you will be given a full refund.
PAYMENT
Payment may be made by cheque, by debit/credit card or in the case of Local Education Authority schools or other public bodies you may place an official order and we will invoice you.
You will be able to enter your official order number directly onto our online order form.
Where payment for an order is by cheque and separate submission of credit/debit card details, the order will be held for 7 days, if payment is not received within this time the goods will be returned to stock and the order cancelled.
We aim to keep details of your order and payment secure however, except in the case of negligence, we are not liable for any losses caused as a result of unauthorised access to information provided by you.
HOW WILL THIS CONTRACT BE APPLIED
The contract between us will be governed by the laws of England and Wales and any dispute between us will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales.
